What we are looking for

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
2. Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success.
3. Strong knowledge of building SaaS products.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
5. Product Support Knowledge – understanding the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing support issues for the development team.
6. Project/Outsource Management Knowledge – understanding successful project management to meet deadlines and budgets.
7. Product Management Knowledge – including requirements gathering and user story writing.
8. Experience with the architecture of software applications for products and solutions.
9. Experience with SDLC tools like Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.
10. Excellent communication skills – ability to facilitate meetings, present findings, and collaborate with stakeholders.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
12. Product/User Interface Design Skills – knowledge of best practices from human factors and usability perspectives is a plus.
13. Zeal for perfection in your work, your team, and your products.
14. Energetic, positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
15. Forensic attention to detail.
