What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, conducting technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing.
- Facilitate the organization and execution of candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
- Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process.
- Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the specific requirements of each client and vacancy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to business development efforts.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused on Full Life Cycle Recruiting in the IT sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-management and independent working capabilities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) in the field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
