Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Manager role involves guiding a team of cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services. The role includes developing and implementing project, pricing, and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide expertise in contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
  • Review program proposals or plans to resolve timeframes, funding requirements, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program, including recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, managing accounts of varying complexities.
  • Serve as the key communication channel for customers and act as an escalation point for customer issues.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and ensure project and program deliverables are met.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage production sites for projects, costs, and customer-related matters through business expertise.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish & English.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • MD/BD required or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Organized and responsible.
  • Diploma or certification in Program Management.
  • Valid passport and visa are a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes (capabilities, rates, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial aspects (quotes, charges) is a plus.
  • Experience with OTD, yields, CTBs, P&L analysis, and plan attainment.
