Descripción del empleo

What You´ll Do
  • Process Affiliate orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiations.
  • Facilitate resolution of credit blocks, invoice disputes, and stock issues.
  • Liaise with local Logistics teams to ensure all export documentation and export requirements are met.
  • Ensure high quality and efficiency of supply and demand processes; monitor and steer Service KPIs of CS.
  • Coordinate with other functions, e.g., Credit Management, CS Support, Control Tower, to ensure End Customer Service Level delivery.
  • Timely and accurate creation/update of all customer and price master data.
  • Execute Daily Operations Cycle successfully to improve End Customer Service Level performance and response times to incidents.
