CTO: Multiplatform, Mission-Driven Tech for Families

We're looking for the human who is READY to put in the hours — we are at 'that' stage.

Hey – I’m Omar, the founder of KINNECT. We're building a deeply personal platform for families—where memories are preserved, grief has space, and legacies live on privately, not performatively.

We’re not another social app. We’re designing for real relational health.

Now we need a technical co-founder to bring it to life at scale.

What we've built:

• KINNECT Books – A web-based experience for creating private memory books with bilingual prompts, voice, and photo tools.
• The KINNECT Platform – A private, invite-only digital space for families to connect, reflect, and belong—built with love, not algorithms.

What we need right now:

• Migrate our product from iOS (Swift) to multiplatform React (web + Android).
• A hands-on partner who’s not afraid to debug login flows one minute and architect long-term systems the next.
• Someone to work alongside interns to ship meaningful improvements quickly.

And from a data perspective:

We're looking for that rare unicorn who gets that tech is only half the battle.

You understand the customer lifecycle, and you’re down to:

• Jump into Customer.io to help with lifecycle emails and push messaging.
• Roll up your sleeves in Mixpanel to ensure we track the right events, understand user drop-off, and optimize our funnels.
• Build a product with and for real families, rooted in emotional intelligence and analytics.
