Descripción del empleo

The Orchard has an immediate opening for a Mexico City based Marketing and Retail Coordinator. The position will act as a relationship facilitator and support all marketing-related matters, from gathering and organizing information to keeping pitches up to date, reporting, and post-release analysis and monitoring. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the music industry.

What you'll do
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including filling out forms and documents, and generating creative solutions for clients following Orchard processes.
  • Serve as a link between Relationship Managers and the Retail Team to organize and prioritize releases, long-term plans, and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Monitor daily and weekly charts across platforms and report using Looker and other tools.
  • Assist with local certification processes, including calculating streams and certification units, and coordinating manufacturing and delivery of plaques.
  • Keep track of priority releases and analyze performance to maximize visibility and public presence.
  • Coordinate internal pitch meetings and listening sessions with Relationship Managers during Retail Office Hours.

  • Highly organized, autonomous, team-oriented, results-driven, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Resilient, with problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude for artists' success.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, capable of effective interaction at all levels.
  • A music enthusiast with deep knowledge of the Spanish music scene and willingness to attend industry events.
  • Creative, open-minded, and innovative in proposing ideas.
