Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Associate Production Supervisor’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for producing several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Review daily/regular plant operating performance and advise on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiencies/quality.
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems, advising on their resolution. Hold regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
• Receive and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
• Experience in Metal-Mechanical (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Beginner English (desirable).
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Provide technical/operational advice to project teams.
• May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.
• May train and coach junior operators.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
