Experience Required in:

• Primary Skill: Salesforce Experience Cloud (Expert)
• Responsibilities: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will work with the Application lead and the offshore team in India to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the secondary point of contact, be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for your team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is recommended.
• Configuration & Release Management: Expert level
  Solution Architecture: Advanced level
  Design & Build Enablement: Advanced level
  UI/UX Design: Advanced level
• Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture best practices for optimal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in design and build processes for maximum efficiency.
