Position: HR Manager

The HR Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for providing full-cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Key responsibilities include executing people initiatives, supporting internal customers, and driving HR process excellence and improvements.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  1. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvement in productivity and HR development.
  2. A hands-on approach with the ability to gauge employee engagement levels.
  3. Experience in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
  4. Coaching and mentoring skills at management levels.
  5. Proven success in developing employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
  6. Enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset to foster a positive work environment.
  7. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and high motivation.
  8. Comfort with high-volume workloads and a proactive attitude.
  9. Solutions-focused thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Customer service orientation, both internally and externally.
  11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on results.
  12. Bias for action, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
  13. Ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  14. Experience in data-driven HR or business recommendations.

  16. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  17. Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
  18. Steady progression in HR management over at least 7 years.
  19. At least 5 years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
  20. At least 5 years supporting hourly employee groups in distribution, manufacturing, or call centers.
  21. 5+ years in labor and employee relations.
  22. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM.
