Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Certified Real Estate Advisor based in Mérida, YUC. The Senior Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for marketing properties, conducting property tours, liaising with clients, and providing expert advice throughout the buying or selling process. Some work-from-home tasks will be acceptable as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and property valuation
• Excellent customer service and client management skills
• Strong marketing and negotiation skills
• Professional certification in real estate is required
• Proficient in using real estate management software and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, with a flexible schedule
• Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus
