Littelfuse is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to analyze the financial repercussions of tariffs on purchased materials within the Industrial Business Unit. The role involves data extraction, impact analysis, and collaboration with product management teams to ensure effective communication of tariff costs. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in International Business, extensive experience in trade compliance, and strong analytical skills.

Reporting to the Procurement Director and working closely with the Littelfuse Trade Compliance Team, Logistics, Product Management, and Procurement teams, you as Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for understanding the financial repercussions on purchased materials within the Industrial Business Unit of Littelfuse due to duty and tariff expense. You will forecast the impact to both revenue and costs and ensure tariff expectations are communicated effectively to attain complete financial recovery through increased customer pricing or surcharges. Ensuring timely duty drawback will also be within the scope of the role.
About Your Role
· Understand the tariff impact to IBU purchased materials. Candidate must understand application of tariffs to purchased materials, extract information concerning past and future material purchases and communicate actual and future tariff costs.
· Extract data from multiple IT systems and calculate tariff impact at a product level. Information needs to be communicated to applicable product management teams along with explanations of calculation details and methodology.
· Validate the accuracy of data.
· Work with product management teams to understand tariff-based sales price evolution. Track and report tariff-based revenue impact at a business level, customer level and product level.
· Assess the real tariff cost versus tariff revenue impact at a business level, product level and customer level. Propose appropriate pricing changes.
· Initial role focus will be tariff impact. The role will expand to include freight and commodities analysis in the future.
About You:
· Bachelor degree (or better) in International Business or equivalent.
· Five to seven years or more work experience in trade compliance or international business.
· Working knowledge of HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule), applicable trade agreements (such as USMCA), and tariff application methodology.
· Strong analytical skills, including capability to pull data from multiple sources, combine, manipulate, evaluate, and extract insights.
· Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Experience with advanced data consolidation and analytics features in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power pivot, power query) and Power BI a plus.
· Fluency in English.
