Senior Project Manager at BairesDev

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

1. Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
2. Ensure project quality by enforcing company policies and procedures.
3. Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment and identifying growth opportunities.
4. Analyze and improve billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
5. Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
6. Identify opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
7. Support strategic plans for implementing new technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
2. Deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies in the IT industry.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
