WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Virtual Learning Experience Specialist for one of our initiatives in the Caribbean (preferably in Suriname, St. Kitts and Nevis, Aruba, or Curaçao, but not mandatory).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Virtual Learning Coordinator to support and guide small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Caribbean through their training and certification process. You will be part of a team empowering Mandarin-speaking immigrant communities, ensuring they have access to essential tools to strengthen their businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist and follow up with participants during their online training and webinars.
• Support the registration and certification of at least 2,500 small business owners.
• Monitor progress, resolve questions, and encourage community engagement.
• Coordinate with the team to optimize the learning process and ensure successful outcomes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin and English (Spanish/Dutch is a plus).
• Experience in monitoring training, education, or entrepreneurship programs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing databases and information.
• Based in Suriname, St. Kitts and Nevis, Belize, Curaçao, or Mexico with a valid local work permit.
