Talent Acquisition Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team, identifying and assessing different profiles (Technical and Non-technical) required by BairesDev and its clients. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with a keen attention to detail. What You Will Do:

1. Define Talent Acquisition strategy for available openings.
2. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to identify potential candidates for various openings.
3. Work with PMs and AMs to identify opportunities within different accounts.
4. Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
5. Define economic proposals for candidates.

Heres what we are looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
2. 1+ years of experience managing teams.
3. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
5. Experience in online and phone sales techniques (a plus).
6. Knowledge of IT Industry head-hunting (a plus).
7. Advanced English Level.
