A leading global company in the card manufacturing sector is looking for an Information Technology Manager to oversee, plan, and control all technology operations in Mexico. This includes infrastructure, telecommunications, ERP systems, IT operations support, and alignment with global IT guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT operations, including data centers, networks, cybersecurity, end-user computing, and technical support.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external IT service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as PCI, ISO27001, AMEX, and other applicable regulations.
  • Supervise planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.
  • Manage the department’s budget, human resources, and material assets.
  • Work closely with regional and local leadership to align technology goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the card manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Unix platforms, networks, and IT security.
  • Experience in disaster recovery, data centers, and managed services.
