As an Account Payable Specialist, you will assist both internal teams and suppliers with document processing into the accounts payable system. You will perform daily analysis, reporting, and discrepancy follow-up activities to ensure timely payments.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
• Analyze workflow processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Ensure bills and payroll are paid according to departmental procedures
• Process due invoices for payment
• Compare purchase orders, prices, payment terms, and other charges
• Record transactions and perform accounting responsibilities such as entries

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (client in USA and Canada)
• Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
• Familiarity with relevant accounting software
