Formación

About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who will play a leading, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The role involves direct work in site construction and supervision, as well as in civil works, installation, and integration services. The engineer will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. Budget management and ensuring work is executed within project OHS requirements are also key responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or similar
• Fluent in English (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the field
• High self-organization skills
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience in site (RBS) construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
