Coordination of Digital Educational Experiences and Innovation Projects for Online Programs in Engineering

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

What will you do?

Manage the academic operation of digital courses for High School and Undergraduate programs offered at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Your goal will be to ensure a memorable learning experience for students by assigning faculty and ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.

Design and lead innovative educational projects that transform digital learning, fostering experimentation and the integration of advanced digital experiences to enrich teaching and enhance learning.

Your main challenges will be:

  • Lead and monitor the implementation of actions to achieve strategic planning, meet key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with associated academic deanships, regional department directors, and functional areas within the institution to develop projects and fulfill strategic planning objectives.
  • Promote the development of your team by encouraging participation in educational innovation activities, in-person teaching, as well as national and international conferences and competitions.
  • Drive the incorporation of technological and pedagogical innovations into courses to ensure continuous innovation in digital course offerings and within the institution.
  • Be proactive in proposing solutions for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Adapt to change effectively.

What are we looking for?

  • A Master’s degree in Administration / Industrial Engineering, Innovation and/or Creativity / A specialization in Educational Technology (preferred).
  • Full-time availability for a 100% on-site position.
  • Availability to travel to other campuses to promote educational programs.
  • Work experience (2 years), teaching experience (2 years), distance learning instruction (1 year), academic management (1 year), and educational innovation (2 years).
  • Advanced English proficiency (550 TOEFL score, valid within the last year).
  • Technological knowledge and skills (use of software and apps).
  • Proficiency in managing virtual learning environments.
  • Strong assertive and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and writing.
  • A courteous approach and ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts while fostering a respectful environment among students and staff.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage a team, including both faculty and student groups, as well as identify operational needs related to personnel, infrastructure, and budgeting.
  • Active participation in administrative processes such as enrollments.
