About the Role

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Sales team selling to companies operating in Mexico. Join a fast-paced team and company that has revolutionized how SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise companies ship their products. The primary work location will be onsite in the Mexico City office and travelling.

  • National Sales & Account Management: Sell company products/services and cultivate relationships with both new and existing accounts across the country.
  • Strategic Account Focus: Function as a Country Strategic Account Manager, aligning with national sales strategies.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, generate, and develop new customers to expand market reach.
  • Demand Generation: Create awareness and drive demand for the company's product offerings nationwide.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Manage sales activities, data, and KPIs to anticipate customer and operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Experience

  • Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or SaaS.
  • Experience running sales cycles from start to finish, from initial outreach to close
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with a solution-selling methodology or proven experience learning a new vertical and/or sales process
  • Strong planning and self-management skills
  • Sound business acumen and bottom-line performance driven personality
  • Experience in utilizing CRM to make sure the operations are performing efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, communications, analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Experience with formal team development and review processes
  • Professional Spanish and English language skills. Beneficial would have Portuguese language
  • Complete bachelor’s degree or MBA
