This full-time, remote role requires extensive sales experience with mobile operators, strategic thinking, and a track record of closing complex deals. The ideal candidate will manage accounts, drive sales performance, and collaborate across teams to achieve objectives.

Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in direct sales to EMEA Mobile Operators.

About the Role

Our client is a leading, global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet. They are looking for a hands-on Sales Director for the EMEA region. This is a full-time, permanent, remote role, based anywhere in Europe.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct sales to EMEA Mobile Operators.
  • Proven sales experience with IP Infrastructure hardware and/or software.
  • Proven experience in hunting, acquiring new customers, and over-quota performance in sales, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Ability to work effectively leading cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and business development.
  • Innovative with the ability to influence management at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker.
  • Excellent teamwork, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EMEA accounts and acquire new accounts while planning, forecasting, monitoring, and driving the sales pipeline to exceed revenue and margin objectives.
  • Maximize performance in sales, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build a strategic team over time to support sales and support objectives for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop tactical plans supporting the sales process.
  • Work closely with large channel partners to develop and mature the pipeline in the region.
  • Maintain collaboration with Customer Support and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback and commitments are met.
  • Create and execute annual business plans aligned with company strategies.
  • Develop a broad and deep network of contacts within key accounts, engaging with customers at the executive level.
