The Opportunity
Pepsico is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, It is FP&A solution of the PepsiCo.
Global Template (PGT) that, for the first time, aims to integrate “vertical” planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and “horizontal” planning for functions (e.g Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning process and ways of working across Pepsico market.
The North America Mosaic Solution Analyst is responsible for the sustain of high-quality solution for the MOSAIC North America program specific to management of the financial planning.
The role will interact directly on the design/development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detail design and development teams. This role will require a strong background in financial planning (Topline, COGS, Opex) data quality/data flow and development.
