The cash specialist will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization in USCAN, including handling payments, receipts, bank transactions, taxes, and other related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in finance or accounting.

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Manage all financial operations of the organization, ensuring timely payment of bills, accurate record keeping, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on financial performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Process payments promptly and accurately, using appropriate documentation to support each transaction.
  • Review bank statements regularly to identify any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry best practices, implementing necessary adjustments accordingly.
  • Assist in budget planning and forecasting exercises, contributing valuable insights based on past experiences.
  • Monitor cash flow projections, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.


What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Title degree required).
  • Proven track record of at least three years in a similar role, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Effective communicator both verbally and written, able to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Availability to work within the USCAN timezones.

What would be good to have:

  • Strong knowledge of USCAN tax laws and regulatory frameworks governing financial management.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle.
