Job Summary:
As a TechnicalRecruiterat Consultfiz LATAM, you will play a key role in managing end to end talent acquisition process. You’ll partner with business leaders to align on technical hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and drive the recruitment of tech professionals. You’ll also support other functional and internal roles as required. You will be responsible for leveraging creative sourcing techniques and technology platforms to meet the hiring demands of the business.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely withbusiness leadersto understand technical hiring needs, optimize sourcing strategies, and proactively recruit technical talent based on business priorities, skills demandand attrition.
Develop and execute effectivesearch strategiesby creating position profiles and sourcing targeted lists of candidates.
Engagepassive candidatesthrough networking, cold outreach, and creative sourcing techniques, includingcomplex internet searches.
Leverage recruitment platformssuch asLinkedIn,Indeed, andMexico specific job groupsto source, track, and engage with high-potential candidates, building and maintaining astrong pipelineof tech talent.
Review and screen applicants, share detailed recommendations with Hiring Managers, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and build anetwork of external prospectsfor future searches, ensuring a continuous flow of potential candidates.
Effectively manage the full candidate process, includingassessments,interview coordination, andoffer negotiation.
Actively contribute toCandidate ExperienceandDiversity & Inclusioninitiatives.
Represent Consultfiz LATAM in thelocal market, strengthening brand awareness and expanding our presence within key talent pools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources,Business Administration, or related field.
3+ yearsof experience in tech and professional services recruitment withinMexico and LATAM.
Expertise in sourcing and recruiting forFull-Time Employment (FTE)andcontractual rolesintechnologyandconsultingsectors.
Strong knowledge ofMexico’s recruitment landscape, particularly in the tech industry.
Proficiency in usingApplication Tracking System,LinkedInRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Fluency inEnglish.(Fluency in Spanish will be an added advantage)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand meet hiring targets.
Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
