About the job:

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our operations, ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System (SGC). In this role, you’ll lead a team, meet production targets, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. If you’re a hands-on leader thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, this might be the perfect fit!

In your future role as a Production Supervisor, you will:

1. Lead and organize a team of direct and indirect reports to ensure efficient, on-schedule production
2. Ensure compliance with manufacturing best practices and quality standards, including Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
3. Monitor equipment logs, take corrective actions, and request maintenance as needed
4. Maintain a safe, clean, and structured work environment
5. Support employee training on safety procedures and operational best practices
6. Monitor production data in SAP (if applicable) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
7. Drive continuous improvement via Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and preventive actions
8. Participate in safety brigades, fire drills, evacuations, and first aid training

We believe you bring:

1. A degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemical Engineering or a related field
2. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
3. Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
4. Ability to pass a medical exam (physical fitness required)
5. Strong leadership skills to foster a positive and disciplined work environment
6. Experience with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and their manufacturing applications
7. Experience working with SAP (preferred)

Good to know:

This is a full-time, onsite position at our Los Reyes plant, reporting directly to the Production Superintendent in Mexico.
