Fresh-Out New Grad Project Engineer

Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Fresh-Out Delivery HUB Engineer who is primarily responsible for developing and supporting automation for industrialization and production processes, as well as the necessary equipment to customize SIM cards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Learn to use professional concepts related to software and SIM card development.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Contribute to designing, coding, and testing internal modules.
• Develop and support automation for industrialization and production processes and equipment to customize SIM cards.
• Work onsite with a software engineering team and prepare production packages.
• Interface with development teams, technical support, and consultants as needed across sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2023-2024) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field; or equivalent experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in programming languages (Python, C, C++, etc.) and databases (SQLite, Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, etc.).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, results-oriented, customer-focused, time management, autonomy, honesty, and empathy skills. Focused on customer satisfaction.
