About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Remote Construction Engineer responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. This role involves direct work in site construction and supervision, civil works, installation, and integration services. The engineer will manage activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers in accordance with Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. The position also includes budget responsibility and ensuring work is executed within project OHS requirements.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or a related field
• Fluent English speaking skills (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the field
• High self-organization skills
• Ability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience in site (RBS) construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
