Formación

Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. We provide a shift from traditional instruction and learning.

Your mission

You will be part of the Supply Chain team and will drive logistics operations from Mexico to the USA!

Your day-to-day at Innovamat

  1. Work directly with the Supply team at HQ.
  2. Manage documentation related to the company's import/export processes.
  3. Coordinate with logistics operators in the US, supervising activities such as warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  4. Track international and local transportation.
  5. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  6. Update internal control panels related to transportation.
  7. Participate in team improvement proposals.
  8. Contribute to defining logistics strategies for the US market.
  9. Prepare periodic logistics performance reports for the US.
  10. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  11. Serve as the company's internal logistics speaker on internal channels.

What are we looking for?

  1. Training in international business and logistics.
  2. At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in international logistics and trade, specifically in the US market.
  3. Knowledge of foreign trade principles and regulations.
  4. Proficiency in Google Sheets and other office tools.
  5. Experience with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS) and reporting tools.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  7. Solution-oriented, dynamic communication skills.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in a multicultural, multi-time zone team.
  9. Availability to travel to the US.

Preferred qualifications

  1. Knowledge of US-specific supply chain management software.
  2. Previous experience working directly with US logistics operators.
