Job Description

We are seeking talented and driven Design professionals in Mexico City for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, as all communication is in English.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will collaborate with a global network internally at SlideHub and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will undergo paid training to acquire the necessary skills for client projects.

During training, working hours will be 08:00-16:00 MX time.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from initial contact to presentation delivery.
• Create high-quality presentation designs for demanding clients.
• Oversee SlideHub's network of freelancers to ensure project delivery.
• Participate in various business development activities within the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work morning and evening shifts in MX time, considering CET and daylight savings adjustments.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience or education in graphic design (PowerPoint skills are a plus).
• Legal work permit for employment in Mexico.

Shift Details

You will primarily work the morning shift but may occasionally work evening shifts.

Weekend shifts are required twice a month.

Shift hours vary with daylight savings:

Wintertime

• Morning shift – 09:00-17:00 MX
• Evening shift – 17:00-01:00 MX (rarely needed)

Summertime

• Morning shift – 08:00-16:00 MX
• Evening shift – 16:00-00:00 MX (rarely needed)

Salary

Starting gross salary: 20,600 MXN per month.
We offer a structured promotion ladder, with most promotions to Project Manager occurring within a year based on performance.
