This candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. They will drive initiatives to improve retention, ensure compliance, and foster a positive corporate culture.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and control of absenteeism
• Attention to audits with clients
• Approval of employee incidents, preparation and review of bonuses and categories.
• Analysis and control of turnover
• Develop and apply strategies, policies and good practices in human resources
• Promote a corporate culture for talent retention
• Investigation of labor cases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ Years of Experiences
• Conversational/Advanced English
• Labor law, NOM 035, Office package
• Strong personality
