A leading company in IT services is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to enhance market presence and drive sales for their innovative software solution, JC360. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in selling technology to large corporate clients, manage key relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • 5 years of experience selling technology and business services.
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes at large corporate clients.
  • Experience achieving revenue quotas and maintaining relationships with major companies.

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Senior Sales Executive who will bring winning drive, persistence and professionalism to extend our market presence primarily in, but not limited to candidate’s domestic market.

By using a consultative sales approach, you need to identify and qualify leads, prospect sales opportunities, and work closely with both new and existing customers. As an experienced Sales Executive, you will act as a brand ambassador and will be responsible for accelerating the growth of JC360 sales.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling business software applications to large corporate clients, can handle multiple clients at one time and enjoys working either autonomously or in a team with a positive attitude.

The job’s main aim is to introduce JC360 to potential customers on the domestic market:

  • Targeting large corporate clients employing thousands of people.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of JC360 technology and services.
  • Handling complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Actively pursuing sales opportunities among both existing and new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining personal relationships with key clients and promptly informing Management of any significant new opportunities.
  • Managing all inquiries promptly to meet client requirements.
  • Producing weekly reports for Management, detailing scheduled appointments, and maintaining accurate sales funnel reports

Note:

  • We expect the applicant to have a network of contacts consisting of individuals in leadership positions or decision-makers.
  • We expect candidates to have knowledge of Workforce Productivity Platforms and Desktop Analytics Software.
  • Candidate may need to be able to attend at meetings in person with business prospects
  • Selection process expects candidates to prove their capability in real business environment, which also requires self-learning of the JC360 software.

Qualifications and key skills:

  • 5 years of experience selling technology and business services
  • Proven ability to drive the sales processes at large corporate clients
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others, and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level
  • Sales experience achieving revenue quotas and active relationship with major companies
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Advanced English language skills – (for internal communication with JobCTRL Hungary’s teams)
