Head of Delivery at BairesDev

We are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our Management team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We need proactive, organized professionals with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. What You Will Do:

1. Lead project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
2. Collaborate with PMO to implement processes and strategies for your project management team.
3. Guide your team structure and escalate important issues when necessary.
4. Ensure teams follow established methodologies and processes.
5. Work with Account leadership to address complex client challenges.
6. Facilitate effective communication between Project Managers and clients.
7. Maintain client and team satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Here's what we are looking for:

1. Experience in project management of software projects.
2. Client-focused approach and budget management skills.
3. Software development management experience.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
6. Technical background or software engineering experience.
7. A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
8. Good level of English.
