ISP Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM)
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
This role is pivotal in attracting top academic and non – academic talent and strengthening our employer brand while ensuring recruitment needs across our LATAM schools and regions are met. Responsibilities include acting as the main central, talent partner for LATAM, managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing candidates, overseeing local agency relationships and collaborating with marketing on campaigns. The role also involves tracking hiring progress, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, and supporting strategic talent initiatives. Additionally, it leverages data insights to optimise hiring outcomes, align regional efforts, and drive the organisation’s Referral Programme in LATAM. This role is based in Mexico, Brazil or South America and reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

ISP TA Specialist (LATAM) Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly reports to Head of Global TA of all LATAM hiring
  • Take briefings for all LATAM roles with Global Head of TA
  • Create, share and deliver on a hiring proposal for each role, to include timelines for first batch of CVs to be sent, hiring manager feedback and interview dates
  • Update shared live tracker for each role with hiring manager ITM and Head of Global TA.
  • Coordinate with Regional Heads of HR and Head of Global TA on offers.
  • Manage candidate rejections and feedback.
  • Support Global Head of TA on Strategic Projects
  • Adopt a data driven approach to hiring – utilising LI Talent Insights
  • Join weekly meetings with LATAM Regional Recruitment Specialists, aligning hiring strategy and offering support where needed.
  • Directly source, screen and share suitable candidates with hiring managers, ensuring safer recruitment practices are in place from the very first interaction
  • Source high quality talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Build relationships with school HR in LATAM and support them with high volume teacher recruitment
  • Attend careers fairs in LATAM, build university partnerships and network with institutions to attract top teaching talent.
  • Ensure all hiring managers have completed safer recruitment training, and least one interviewer has an up-to-date certificate.
  • Keep hiring managers and candidates updated throughout interview process, to ensure a seamless experience for both
  • Proactively drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for candidates using our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with the administration of delivering a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, ITM and the Head of Global TA, stepping in as an interviewer where required.
  • Being an integral part of the Talent Team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks including non-academic recruitment.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years recruiting or HR experience.
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, particularly to headhunt talent.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience including high volume activity & tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable experience in coordination and diary management, time management and organisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with Regional Teams, School Senior Leadership Teams and colleagues to establish trust, respect and confidence.
  • Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent desirable.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible with a positive approach to both work and mindset.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and in addition, Portuguese (desirable).
  • An eye for attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of ATS/CRMs.
