Position Overview:

Were hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our growing influencer and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys building relationships with creators, athletes, and brand ambassadors. You'll manage everything from talent sourcing and outreach to contract negotiation, content coordination, and performance tracking. This role plays a critical part in driving brand reach and conversion through creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Discovery & Vetting:

  • Identify and qualify influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Build outreach lists using tools like Aspire, CreatorIQ, Grin, or manual methods.

Outreach & Relationship Management:

  • Craft personalized outreach messages and handle communication with creators.
  • Oversee product seeding, gifting, and paid collaborations with defined KPIs.

UGC Coordination:

  • Brief creators on content needs across key channels (ads, email, social, landing pages).
  • Track, tag, and organize assets for repurposing by the creative team.

Partnership Execution:

  • Negotiate rates, timelines, and usage rights
  • Manage calendars, campaign execution, and follow-up deliverables.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, payments, and performance metrics.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign outcomes (engagement, conversion, ROAS).
  • Deliver insights and reporting to inform future campaign strategy.

Program Development Support:

  • Contribute ideas for scaling programs like affiliate codes or brand ambassador initiatives.
  • Stay current on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creator categories.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, or social campaign coordination.
  • Experience using Grin or similar influencer management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current UGC trends.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple creator relationships and timelines.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with wellness, supplement, or lifestyle brands.
  • Exposure to platforms like Aspire or CreatorIQ.
  • Familiarity with influencer contract basics and affiliate program tools.
