With a global network of 75+ studios, we co-develop games and provide comprehensive support across all aspects of game development including Localization, QA, Audio Services, Art Production, Game Development, Marketing services, and more. Our teams bring industry visions to life, whether enhancing iconic franchises or building new projects from the ground up.

About the Role

We seek experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts in our service lines in 2025. Candidates should have a background in selling QA, Localization, and Audio services. Operating fully remotely from Europe , you will be a key part of our Global Business Development team, driving strategic initiatives and cultivating client relationships to expand our service offerings and foster long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Service Line division, Client Partners, and Business Development Representatives to identify and target high-potential clients for Localization, QA, and Audio services.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to prospective clients to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Partner with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional client support by managing expectations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Represent Keywords at industry trade conferences to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Follow the company's sales methodology, produce reports, and track key metrics for decision-making.
  • Support account management and strategic customer review meetings to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling Globalize Services in the gaming or related industries.
  • Success in managing commercial client relationships.
  • Experience with Language AI or testing automation solutions is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with central functions and support divisional growth.
  • Experience working with Solutions Architecture teams and representing a suite of services.
