Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for a Executive Assistant!

Our US-based client is hiring a remote Executive Assistant through South to support internal operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable handling general administrative tasks in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal communications and scheduling
  • For scheduling CEO’s Calendar, follow up with customers, candidates, etc
  • Coordinate basic process calls and follow-ups. Timings: start at 7 or 8am PST until about 4-5pm PST. Can take a longer lunch break, but specifically, allocate one hour some time after dinner for faster response to customers.
  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Maintain internal documentation and task tracking
  • For urgent matters only, be available to respond in the evenings/weekends

Requirements

  • Strong written English skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using remote tools (email, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • No industry-specific experience required
  • Candidate must provide their own equipment (laptop, microphone). For urgent matters, only have a local phone for the CEO to connect.
  • Google Voice for communication
  • 10 PTOs plus 10 US holidays per year
