Chief Compensation, Benefits & Pay Rolling / Gerente Jr de Compensaciones, Beneficios y Nominas

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in:

  • Proven success in developing and refining compensation structures that drive employee engagement and align with organizational goals
  • Extensive experience in the implementation and management of payroll systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Experience in leveraging Mercer to assess compensation trends, market data, and develop competitive compensation strategies
  • Proficient in optimizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors for seamless HR processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness
  • Drive the implementation of payroll & execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and manage innovative benefits programs
  • Leverage tools like Mercer to assess and create data-driven compensation plans
  • Develop and implement pay equity structures and incentive programs
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with regulatory as well as internal control requirements; stay informed of various regulatory changes; conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits at a global scale, ideally in multinational organizations
  • Proven ability to lead payroll system implementations and optimize SuccessFactors.
  • Strong command of compensation evaluation frameworks
  • Bilingual communication skills, able to lead across diverse teams and regions.

Typical Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll issues clearly and concisely
  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to details ∙ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Sucess Factors
