Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en tecnología de información o negocios.
• Conocimiento funcional de FP&A y procesos de planificación financiera.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte a actividades de sostenibilidad de la solución Mosaic.
• Manejo de incidentes y mejoras para la solución Mosaic.
• Planificación y ejecución de entregas de producción.

The Opportunity

PepsiCo is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, It is FP&A solution of the PepsiCo.

Your Impact

As S&T Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

1. Support Mosaic Solution Sustain Activities for FLNA and PBNA
2. Handle incidents for Mosaic Solution and strive for resolution of incidents with SLA
3. Handle Enhancements for Mosaic Solution, involve in requirement gatherings, solutions design, testing and production deployment
4. Partner in preparing Next Year Release Calendar for Mosaic
5. Partner in AOP Demand Project planning and Sprint Planning
6. Production Delivery Release Planning and execution
7. Production stage gate & Governance
8. Project Delivery Process & Tools (SOLMAN) etc

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

1. University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Great communication skills
4. English language proficiency
5. Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience
6. Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting
7. Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution
8. Functional Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting)
