A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee employee wages and benefits. This role involves developing compensation programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with compensation laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Administration, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • At least 5 years’ experience in role or similar positions.
  • Experience in high pace manufacturing environments – multi-site.
  • Extensive knowledge of laws related to compensation and benefits.

Responsabilidades

  • Creating compensation programs that establish pay grades and criteria for raises.
  • Researching market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries.
  • Advising managers and supervisors about matters related to pay.

Oversee the wages and benefits that employees receive for their work. Develop compensation programs, monitor their effectiveness and make revisions when necessary.

  1. Creating compensation programs that establish pay grades and criteria for raises
  2. Developing new benefits programs to increase total compensation for employees
  3. Researching market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries
  4. Reviewing, evaluating and revising compensation programs regularly
  5. Conducting surveys to assess employee satisfaction with pay and benefits
  6. Advising managers and supervisors about matters related to pay
  7. Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
  8. Complying with federal, state and local compensation laws, such as minimum wage regulations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – HR related field, Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience in role or similar positions
  • Experience in high pace manufacturing environments – multi-site
  • Extensive knowledge of laws related to compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge with computer skills, HR Softwares (TRESS system is a must).
  • Advanced English skills
