The Position

Reporting to the General Manager for México, you will be part of the Leadership Team and jointly responsible for the Affiliate’s results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the VP & General Manager within the financial area and overall business, with a dotted reporting line to the VP Finance & Operations LATAM.
• Managing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and facilities, ensuring the provision of financial information and support for decision-making.
• Initiating and implementing policies and processes to enhance financial performance in accordance with strategic objectives, optimizing financial resources to maximize shareholder wealth.
• Overseeing Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT departments, ensuring their optimal operation and investments, supporting sourcing activities aligned with the affiliate's targets.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with budget procedures, financial analysis, collections, and knowledge of local tax laws. Familiarity with legal contracts and international business is preferred.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, and understanding of the dynamics of the private and public markets in Mexico.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Experience in managing teams, coaching, and providing feedback.
