We are currently searching for a Remote Big Data Lead (Snowflake + Power BI):

Responsibilities:

Lead data projects utilizing Snowflake and Power BI to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and data accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide business insights.

Support data modeling, data analysis, and reporting strategies.

Apply knowledge of ETL concepts and tools to ensure efficient data movement and transformation.

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Business Objects to meet stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with SQL and Snowflake.

Strong proficiency in Power BI or Business Objects (BO) for reporting and visualization.

Solid understanding of ETL tools, data concepts, and processes.

Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and query performance optimization.

HR domain experience is a strong plus.

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.

Native Spanish.
