JOB DESCRIPTIONKey ResponsibilitiesEDI Operations Management:- Monitor and maintain the EDI system to ensure uninterrupted operation and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, test, and implement EDI maps, transactions, and workflows.
- Ensure the proper movement of documentation between host systems and trading partners.
ERP and B2B Integration Support:- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and enhance ERP system integrations.
- Support direct connectivity projects between the company's ERP and customer ERPs or interfaces.
- Provide technical support for new customer onboarding and integration initiatives.
Process Improvement:- Analyze and propose improvements to current EDI and B2B processes.
- Document workflows, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Train internal users on B2B application usage and processes.
Collaboration and Communication:- Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and external partners to address EDI and B2B-related inquiries.
- Ensure timely communication of project statuses, challenges, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize invoice delivery and billing practices.
Compliance and Standards:- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
QualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:- 1 to 3 years of experience in EDI operations, B2B integrations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards, mapping, and protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., OMEGA, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, Glovia).
Technical Skills:- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, BizTalk, or Amalto) is a plus.
- Knowledge of EDI/B2B documents (e.g., XML, Flat Files).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
