Team Overview

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a cross-regional team with international exposure.

We spot, engage and hire the high potential students to join DiDi.

We drive new growth opportunities for our teams by running talent programs, where our employees can expand their horizons globally.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 8 months.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage the full end-to-end recruiting cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries in the organization.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders; providing world-class market information, talent intelligence and key practices.
  • communicate with business to see which is the best way to hire an ideal students for them.
  • Using data to make decisions that facilitate hiring and allows the organization to make the best hiring decision.
  • host job fairs in campus.

Role Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of experience in university recruiting.
  • Passionate about recruitment.
  • Strong campus relationships.
  • Quick learner of ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Creative in activity design.
  • Data-driven.
