About the role

Ensure compliance with PPM, guarantee the continuity of production operations, and propose improvements to enhance area indicators.

Efficiently manage human capital, the assigned budget, and tangible assets according to internal standards and site policies.

Supervise all installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the company's facilities, ensuring technicians have the resources needed to perform their functions within the budget.

Key responsibilities

• Report daily operational events to the Maintenance Manager in a timely and predictive manner.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in SAP PM for all site assets.
• Plan and supervise all installation and repair activities.
• Assign balanced workload and supervise maintenance technical staff.
• Supervise technical warehouse inventory and request material requisitions as needed.
• Manage expenses and control the maintenance budget.
• Oversee contractors and service providers.
• Keep maintenance records and report daily activities to the maintenance manager.
• Comply with Food Safety & Quality policies and occupational safety standards.

Qualifications and skills

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Graduates of Automation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree (Desirable).
• Budget management skills.
• Maintenance management and execution.
• Project execution experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
