A leading company is seeking a Structural Compliance Verification Engineer to perform structural analysis and compliance verification for aircraft structures. The role involves developing FEM models, preparing compliance documentation, and collaborating with design teams to ensure certification compliance.
A client of mine based in Spain is currently looking for a Structural Compliance Verification Engineer to join them on a contract basis for current and future work packages.
3+ years experience in structural and FEM analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue and damage tolerance)
Experience with Catia V5 and Hyperworks (or FEM equivalent FEM software)
Desired Skills :
Knowledge in EASA Part 21J and certification basis would be beneficial
Spanish speaking skills are good to have
Job Responsibilities :
Perform structural analysis and compliance verification for metallic and composite aircraft structures, covering static, dynamic, fatigue, and damage tolerance
Develop and validate FEM models using Hyperworks (or equivalent) and support results with analytical hand calculations
Prepare compliance documentation and stress reports in line with EASA Part 21J requirements
Collaborate with design teams to provide structural input and propose design improvements
Review and approve structural drawings and technical documents for certification compliance
Support technical reviews and liaise with CVEs and authorities as needed
Manage analysis work packages, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
