Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead all operations at our manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day plant operations across all departments: production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure production targets (output, quality, delivery) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead safety and compliance programs to maintain a safe and regulatory-compliant work environment.
  • Drive workforce planning, employee development, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee capital investment projects, equipment procurement, and layout optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to align plant strategy with business objectives.
  • Represent the plant with customers, auditors, and corporate stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
