Job Title: Signage Project Coordinator
Location:
Remote (Preferably within MST or overlapping time zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Signage Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects on track by consolidating updates, managing project documentation, and supporting project managers and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate project updates from multiple project managers.
  • Maintain project tracking using Smartsheets.
  • Manage document uploads and distribution.
  • Initiate task requests to support groups.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Odoo.
  • Background in the signage industry.
