Senior Associate, Finance & Strategy - Merchant Finance

We’re looking to expand our Finance & Strategy team in Mexico City (Remote). The team accelerates business growth by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner across the company to improve profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model. We seek individuals capable of modeling the future and collaborating to carry projects from conception to execution.

About the Role

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive finance partnership and strategy at a hyper-growth company. We seek a Sales Finance Senior Associate to support our Go-to-Market teams. You will collaborate with teams including Merchant Strategy & Operations, Merchant Experience, Sales, Product GMs, Accounting, and Finance to support strategic business and financial decisions. Your responsibilities include evaluating and setting budgets, quotas, commercial investments, developing compensation and headcount plans, and partnering with operators to optimize ROI and payback, among others. We prefer candidates with banking/consulting and operational experience who have led or partnered on projects across organizations, with strong data and communication skills to influence decisions.

• 4+ years in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking within high-growth tech sectors
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels
• Experience managing budgets for various teams
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Basic SQL proficiency or willingness to learn
• Nice to Haves: sales finance experience
