What You’ll Do

1. Implement BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve financial goals.
2. Lead the global rollout of new products and programs, including communication campaigns and eBusiness strategies.
3. Conduct market research and identify new market potentials.
4. Develop strategies and plans for long-term marketing opportunities.
5. Perform portfolio analysis of market segments considering customer penetration, market potential/share, profitability, and competition.
6. Align unmet market needs with innovation activities; collaborate with the innovation team on project status and resource allocation.
7. Support global SU strategies and ensure alignment with global BU/SBU strategies.
8. Deliver customer penetration strategies and develop global business models and tactics.
9. Coordinate SUs and establish cross-SU guidelines on marketing, pricing, and placement.
10. Serve as the primary contact and steer category/brand teams at the global/regional level.
11. Lead projects for strategic segments and innovation pipelines in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Packaging.
12. Co-create and oversee digital, social media, and e-commerce communication strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
13. Prepare presentations, innovation packages, and documents for internal meetings and external customer interactions.
14. Contribute to global advertising campaigns, from agency briefing to production and finalization of TV spots and digital videos.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles developing high-impact brands.
• Knowledge of market analysis tools.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
