Job Description

15 years of experience in an operational environment (maintenance, production, or process).

Profile: Electronic, robotic, computer, mechanical, industrial, or similar.

Skills: Talent management, people development, leadership, accountability, project management, statistical concepts, Microsoft, negotiation, and teamwork.

Knowledge in SMT.

Activities:

1. Leading & managing through strategic thinking for improvement projects on equipment maintenance performance.
2. Driving equipment KPIs (Quality, cost, & performance) to the best performance.
3. Budget control for unit cost control or any management requirement.
4. Assuring people training & certifications for the maintenance group based on skill matrix.
5. New suppliers' development participating in qualification plans.
6. Leading new equipment technology introduction focused on providing a smooth learning curve.
7. Root cause analysis as a champion or team member for VOC & CC.
8. Enhancing equipment capability by promoting upgrades on software & hardware systems, internally or externally with suppliers.
9. Coaching & managing to develop people leadership & soft skills.
10. Managing maintenance systems (CM, PM, overhaul, MTMV & PdM).
11. Ensuring success & making sure everyone achieves all objectives by promoting teamwork.
12. Promoting new analytics strategies to I 4.0 focused on data-driven solutions & actions in all processes.
