Solicitamos: Material Planner

Objetivo:

Planear y controlar el abastecimiento de materiales en cantidad, calidad y tiempo para las líneas de producción o áreas de trabajo, optimizando recursos para cumplir con el Programa Maestro de Producción.

Actividades

• Elaborar la planeación de materiales basada en forecast y plan maestro de producción para evitar obsoletos y sobre inventario.
• Mantener contacto con proveedores para asegurar el abastecimiento en tiempo, cantidad y calidad requerida.
• Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra y coordinar embarques.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua para reducir costos, tiempos y mejorar la productividad.
• Analizar cobertura para detectar riesgos de faltantes futuros.
• Determinar el mejor método de abastecimiento según el proveedor y materiales.
• Revisar indicadores clave de desempeño del negocio y departamento.
• Autorizar cambios en planes de entregas o cancelaciones de órdenes.
• Establecer estrategias para reducir inventario.
• Gestionar órdenes urgentes para variaciones inesperadas en la demanda.
• Implementar sistemas de reposición de inventario adecuados al programa de producción.

Requisitos

IDIOMA: Inglés avanzado (No negociable)

SOFTWARE: Paquetería Office (Excel Intermedio)

NIVEL ACADÉMICO: Ingeniería industrial, Mecánica, Licenciatura en Administración de empresas o afín. Titulado.

COMPETENCIAS: 2 años de experiencia en Industria Automotriz, herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, gestión de inventarios.

LUGAR DE TRABAJO: Tultitlán, Estado de México.
